Use it freely
Valmonk is free to use, with no account and no payment. Use the tools, share the links, screenshot the results. If you want to quote a figure somewhere, a link back is appreciated but not required.
It's educational, not advice
Every result is arithmetic on numbers you entered under assumptions shown on the page. It is not personal financial, tax or investment advice, and it takes no account of your circumstances because we do not know them. The disclaimer sets this out in full, and it is the page to read if you read only one.
We try to be right, and we're not guaranteeing it
Tax rates, contribution rules and statutory limits change, and edge cases exist that these tools do not model. We check our arithmetic against published rules and cite the source for every rate. We still make mistakes, and the tools are provided as-is without warranty. Decisions you make with them are yours.
If a number here looks wrong, it may be. Tell us, being wrong about tax costs more than being late.
The waitlist
If you leave an email address to hear about what we are building, it is for that and nothing else, one message when there is something to try. It is not a purchase, it is not a commitment on either side, and the thing you are waiting for may end up not being built at all. You can have the address deleted at any time by writing to hello@valmonk.com. The waitlist is for people aged 18 or over.
Availability
There is no uptime promise. Tools may change or be removed, and this is a product being built rather than a service you are paying for.
What's ours
The name, the design and the code are ours. The tax rules, contribution rates and statutory formulas are nobody's, they are public law, and we cite where each comes from.
